Hey, Joe can you explain a little bit more how to buy REO's as a wholesaler with a LLC.

I'm reaching out to a lot of different real estate agents because I would like to find deals on the MLS site but most importantly I would like to find out all of the cash buyers within the last 90 days. No one I talk to really want to do business or understand what I'm talking about . what am I doing wrong ? Can some help me figure this out ?

Looking for a investor friendly Real Estate agent to work with. Any help on finding one help please.

I'm 25 years old and me and my husband are trying to get into wholesaling. I've been researching and reading books and I know everyone keep saying that the hardest part is to start. I'm waiting on my bandit signs and my postcards to come in . I have a meeting on Monday to meet with a young lady at the Title Company I plain to get an absentee list and anything else she can help me with. I guess my question is while I'm waiting what to do search the internet and if I see a property I'm interested in call them? What if they have an agent do I talk through them? I'm just in need of some guidance Please
