BTW we have a great growing group!  We had about 35 at our last meeting and it was only our second meeting so thank you to everyone that is participating and looking forward to new faces this month!

I have a property available in Midlothian, TX it is a great flip or buy and hold. I was told by the neighbors that the houses go fast in that area. There is a new house being built across the street and several remodeled. It is on a large quiet cul-de-sac with woods and pond behind the large backyard. This is a really cool bi-level house with 3 floors. It has a great game room/man cave on the lower floor with a bedroom/office and bath. This house is older and needs a complete update but could be really nice. It does have some foundations issues and we have a bid for $8500 for that. The rest is just cosmetic and I also have 2 GC's ready to get started on it.

Hello Bigger Pockets DFW!!

It's time for our next meetup!  We had a great turn out at our December meeting.  Thank you so much to all that came!  

We will meet at Boomer Jacks 2300 Airport Fwy Ste 222, Bedford, TX 76022.  I have reserved the side patio that is enclosed and heated.  We will also have a special speaker, Billy Tatum from Structured Foundation.  He and his brother also have a contractor business and have done my plumbing, gas lines, foundation, structure work, replaced my floors, etc... So he is a great resource for information.  Super nice guy and will tell us everything we need to know about foundations and no sales pitch!  If you guys plan to come please just post here so we can get a good idea of head count.  You are also welcome to contact me.  I look forward to seeing you all there!

To answer a few questions:  No need to RSVP just show up.  This one will be more meet and greet due to holiday's and just getting to know everyone.  We can still talk about deals and advice.  Starting next month we will have a topic of the month and try to have someone come in to talk and educate us.  Never trying to sell anything!
