Really interesting in using a fha 203k loan for my first property in Jacksonville fl . I want to learn as much as I can about it and I was wondering if anyone had any experience in using that type of loan and would you recommend it

I'm looking to buy a foreclosure using a fha loan in Jacksonville fl. I was trying to get my familiar with the process of buying a foreclosure with a fha loan because I would assume it would be a little different than buying a traditional home, and I was wondering the best way to look at a listing of  foreclosures.

Helllo, I'm new to this site from Jacksonville FL . I currently work in law enforcement as well as being in the Air Force. Looking forward to learning from this site and the people on it and I'm also looking to buy my first property to get hands on experience. In the future I would like to grow a large investment portfolio to include apartments but I know you have to start somewhere. I'm currently reading every book I can so that I am constantly learning. I am very committed to being successful and looking forward to putting it the work to do so. I Look forward to meeting you all.
