I'm interested in purchasing foreclosure. In the state of Florida the foreclosures are sold online. My question is are those bids cash only? Or could you purchase one with financing

What is the best way to go about viewing foreclosures? I'm looking to see if some good deals are out here in Jacksonville, FL that are foreclosures.

Hello, I'm looking for a realtor in Jacksonville, FL. I'm going to be using a fha 203k loan, and I was looking for a house that needs work but has a good after rehab value. Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks I will check them out. My plan was to look for a multi family and live in one.
