Yes. I am sending tenant 60 day notice with "Check box" options but didn't think about sending comps as justification. I still have time to tweak notice. Thanks @Leonard L.

Yes. Maryland @Tyler Sterns.....And the funny thing is the short sale offer amount was more so the bank did take a loss....small or large....a loss is a loss but I guess as you stated that's not how individual departments operate @Bruce Runn. I will find out if the bank had accepted the short sale or was it just sitting on the table and run this option pass them to see if they want to go the route of filing an exception, if so consult an attorney @Ayodeji Badaki
