Please let me know when you have a meeting.  I am in the Valley and very interested.  I'm a realtor and an out of town investor.  Does anyone know a good accountant who know real estate investments. 

Do you know any California Trustees who can substitute in on a hard money loan and foreclose on a property

Not new to Real Estate but new to using the site I need help finding upcoming auctions for the IRS not ones that have already taken place, which is what I found when I went to Treasury Auctions, IRS

Two Bedroom, 1 bath home, rental 600.     Price 30,000, low taxes.

4 plex, apartment Building   100,000    Each unit rents for 550.

Residential House with 3600 square feet that comes with a three separate kitchens, Rental varies between 1300 and 1700.  This house comes with an extra lot with plans to build another house. New Central Air, redone.  Price is 140,000.

Kansas City is a great market, I have been in it for several years and am always finding deals.  If anyone wants information I would gladly help you find the right one.  I am realtor but not in Kansas City, I am located in the San Fernando Valley in California.
