@Tyler Deuel - if you found other property managers in your review process do let me know. We are also looking for property managers who handle basic maintenance. Thanks so much.

Hi - I am looking to have introductory meetings with commercial resi lenders to fund a potential apartment building acquisition in northern NJ. Could any of you direct me to the right person at the following banks:

1. Investors Bank

2. Peapack Gladstone Bank

3. Clifton Bancorp

4. City National Bank

5. Kearny Bank

6. Atlantic Stewardship Bank

Any other local banks you recommend who are active in the northern NJ commercial resi market.

Thanks!

@Christopher Phillips thanks.

My thought was isn't listing agent required to mention beforehand that offers will be reviewed in 3 days. How would I know that she is honoring her "best and final" deadline. Can listing agent make up a fake deadline and then continue to accept offers after that.

Thanks @Brian Corbett. She had set a deadline for 2pm est today for best and final offers. We were blind sided by the new development of them coming back to us in three days - she had not mentioned this before.

Hi - we just submitted an offer for a best and final process at 2pm EST today. The listing agent now says that they will come back with feedback on Friday (3 days from now). I have never encountered this before and sense that the realtor is continuing to fish for more offers.

Is this unethical on part of the listing agent? Any action I can take to prevent this from happening again? Should i withdraw my offer to prevent it from being used as a fishing mechanism by the realtor?

Thanks

Shefali
