I'm referring to wholesaling, I've heard there is fines involved for acting like you are a broker.

How do you find out if its legal to do practice Investing with out a RE license in Houston TX. Is their any laws that I should know about, I've seen a few discouraging post on other web sites stating that its illegal.

Any advice helps
