So i got on Home advisor to look for someone that could give me a quote on fixing my chipped steps and i was quoted $800-$3300 just to fix the chips $3300 just to replace all 5 of my front steps he said he used some of the best quality cement $25 a bag the good stuff he said and it would last longer. Has anyone heard of such expensive cement is it really better should i go with him or should i just get a handy man to fix the cracks? 

So after 5-6 months of analysis paralysis i finally started driving for dollars found a 2684sqft house valued on property sharks for about $124,000 prop is a multi-family. Im going to see the property tomorrow. Financing has been my main issue ever since i first started. Are there any private lenders willing to help with financing the deal or any future deals i will be doing in the near future i have another prospect next week as well im going to meet with. Basically since im new im willing to do the work but the cash is my speed bump so who wants to go 50/50 with me to do nothing?
