@Wayne Brooks I was trying to provide value to another agent who was told they may need to know it on their deal. I was hoping someone could just summarize it here, seeing as the only thing that pops up are expensive books and lengthy court documents. I should’ve just told them to google it lol....

Thanks!

I appreciate your honesty @Greg K.. I’ll be sure to be wary and do my own research as well. I’ll give Zillow a look. Thanks again!

Thank you @Braden C. . The end game is Multifamily for it's passive income. I’m looking for ways to get there faster than I currently am.

Hi there,

I’m curious to see what everyone thinks about flipping and wholesaling to get into the big multifamily game. I might be having a little bit of the Cardone effect right now, but that seems like the move to real financial freedom. Saving a few hundred bucks a week is painstakingly slow. Would anyone recommend wholesaling and flipping to gain money faster. Or would I be trying to wear too many hats at that point?

Thank you!

Shayne

@Charlie MacPherson Sorry for the ambiguity. I meant, when an investor picks a specific market they’re interested in how do they do their research to make sure they want to invest there? Is it as simple as looking at comps? I hope I narrowed that down a bit more. Thank you.
