@Krish Das a lot of investors have great success in these areas. I would say the biggest key to your success will be a great property manager in the area. I can recommend one if you want to send me a message. From my experience, your biggest issue is going to be the tenants you inherit.

This property is a 2 bed 1 bath on a nice corner lot. This home needs about 30-35k in rehab and will rent for $725-750. Taxes are $660 per year. I can also refer excellent property management if needed!!!

Who is interested in purchasing Turnkey properties in the Kansas City, MO area? These properties would be sold with tenant in place and excellent property management.
