@Krish Das a lot of investors have great success in these areas. I would say the biggest key to your success will be a great property manager in the area. I can recommend one if you want to send me a message. From my experience, your biggest issue is going to be the tenants you inherit.

This property is a 2 bed 1 bath on a nice corner lot. This home needs about 30-35k in rehab and will rent for $725-750. Taxes are $660 per year. I can also refer excellent property management if needed!!!
