New Rental Property Investor from Kansas City!

Hey everyone,

I am an aspiring rental property investor from the Kansas City, MO area. I am a Mechanical Engineer by training. One of my biggest long term goals is to achieve financial freedom by making calculated investments, especially in real estate! 

I have been listening to the podcasts for about 6 months now and have been hovering on the site for about the same length of time.
