@Colleen McKoy Thanks for the wholesaler leads. I'm not sure if we're ready to do any flips, but we are interested in multifamily properties.

Thanks for all the great info everyone! Any thoughts on Reno vs Carson City, or even South Lake Tahoe? It's funny that I live in North Lake Tahoe and completely forget about the other side of the lake.

Just wanted to introduce myself, say hello, and say that I look forward to connecting with the Bigger Pockets community. My husband and I are new to real estate investing and are in the process figuring out how to put together our first deal. We know it's the best way to meet our long-term life & family goals. 

We live in Tahoe Vista, CA, but will most likely invest in Reno, NV. We're hoping to meet up with some other investors in the Lake Tahoe/Reno area and are excited to learn from and network with all of you. I love the positivity you all bring to the discussions. Thanks, everyone!
