Does anyone know a good realtor in Lincoln, NE who specializes in Single Family and Multifamily homes?

I'm fairly new to Nebraska. I live in Lincoln. I currently have a rental property in Atlanta, GA and am interested in buying a duplex to house hack. I have the most interest in buying and holding properties. I know Nebraska won't be great for appreciation but the cashflow of multi's appeal to me. I'm scouting properties in Lincoln and Omaha for around 100k. 

Pending a job relocation if I decline the move I would love to invest here and grow my portfolio.
