Thanks guys. I've been looking into companies to do the excavation work and a plumbing company to do their end for cheaper.

Can anyone recommended plumbing replacement companies in Dallas? I am looking to replace cast iron plumbing under the foundation of the house. I’ve received a few quotes hovering around 12k to replace 90 feet and it seems high.

I'm being quoted over $13,000 for the work to include excavation.

I have a home in Grand Prairie that meets the 1% rule. You can find homes where the cash flow is $200/300 per month south of i30 but you won’t find anything in north dfw that make sense.

does anyone know a reputable plumber who can replace a 1300 sq ft home in Dallas, TX ? Has anyone had any luck with trenchless options vs digging. Thoughts and recommendations  are appreciated. Cost comparison also welcome. I had the main line from house to sewlaced and still have issues with water backing up. 

Does anyone know a real estate CPA in the Dallas (DFW) area? I have a rental property and I want someone who is knowledgable with tax laws that wouldn't mind assisting me. I'm relatively new to the real estate game and want to make sure I can claim all my expenses accurately.
