Post: How would you utilize .7 acres of woods on your residential?

There's a residential property I'm analyzing and it has .7 acre of woods in the backyard. The woods are surrounded by other smaller wooded areas owned by others and it's the largest piece that goes across all of them (see photo). What are the options to make this wooded area profitable if I purchased this home? It's just sitting there.

I'm wondering:

1) if it's a rentable (or sellable) area for someone to just create a new home in the back.

2) if it would make sense to have a long driveway from the front of the property all the way to the back and create a house for rent

3) if any of this is a waste of time or investment in general

More about property:

- 10 minutes away from Duluth's poppin' areas (good area)

- surrounded by mediocre to less homes

- good school district

- there's a broken down tiny home in the backyard...(I know, there's a lot going on)

Thanks!

I'm a Marketing student in Lawrenceville, GA in search for a position to intern or shadow an active REI person who may want an assistant. I have a real estate license but my end goal is to invest in real estate so I'm thinking maybe it's better to jump into learning rei than spending time in an agency.

I'm currently living in dorms which cost about 5x my tuition and plan to move out after this semester to my own place. I just obtained my real estate license today so I plan on seeking help from my broker-to-be in finding a specific place. I was wondering if whether it would be best for a broke college student like me to: (A) quietly move into someone else's place and rent out a room (B) rent an apartment with more than one room and rent out the other individual rooms (C) take out a loan for a large residential property and rent the extra rooms out (D) any other suggestions Thank you for taking your time to read this post!
