I hired a PM in Cleveland area and he gets 12% because he’s helping me manage a duplex in a c/d neighborhood. I emailed him Sunday regarding notices I received re electricity getting shut off soon due to lack of payment and a $100 fine because of excess garbage put in the front of the property. I didn’t hear the pm so I texted him on Tuesday and he said he couldn’t talk until Wednesday. It just seems there might be a PM that is more responsive especially if I’m paying 12%? I rent upstairs for 750$ and downstairs unit at $850, rent includes water. What are your thoughts on this?
