@Guillaume D. Congrats! Your story gives me hope! Could you go into a little more detail about how you are financing these deals?

Thank you @Ned Carey! I'm at the very beginning. I purchased a multi-unit with an FHA loan and was attempting to house hack but I needed the space. I need some guidance on how to put the house in an LLC (or if I should at all) for when I decide to move out.

Thank you @Gabriel G. @Stephanie P.

Would either of these attorneys be able to provide direction on what would be the best business structure for my properties?

Who is your favorite investor friendly attorney, accountant, financial institution and realtor (if you're in the Baltimore area)?

@Kwame Knights I wasn't but I spoke with an attorney who specializes in collecting judgements. Let me see if I can track down his contact information. He seemed very knowledgable but my judgement was nothing compared to the others he owed and the guy is older so a lot of his income could potentially be off limits.
