Does anyone have a form and policy they provide to prospective or current tenants with emotional support animals?

I've read several posts and gotten some great information but I would like to have a document or policy to refer to when speaking with tenants about their ESA.

Is it possible to register as a sole proprietorship in Maryland and not have your personal address listed on the website?

@Mike McCarthy I think I'm going to suggest your 2x2 method. It seems to make a lot of sense.

Thanks @Mike McCarthy! Do you attach them to the floor in anyway?

Hello! I have the opportunity to make my units lead-free and one of the tasks on my list is to install radiator covers. The lead inspector stated they have to be fully enclosed and mechanically attached to the wall and floor. Is there anyone out there with suggestions on how to "mechanically attach" radiator covers to a plaster wall and carpeted floor?

Thanks!

@Antoine Martel That's a great idea. Thanks!

I'd like to do a 'Coming Soon' post on social media; however, the apartment isn't ready to be photographed and the only photos we have are from the listing when we purchased it. Could we use the photos from the MLS?
