Hi BP friends, looking for transactional and short term funding in South Carolina. Have several properties that we need some funding help with. Also two homes (in Lexington and in Irmo) that we need to have moved to another location. Anyone have recommendations on house movers? Looking to connect with other investors in the Carolinas. Thanks

Hi BP friends. I am Shannon from SC and I am looking to connect with other investors interested in wholesaling and rehabbing. While I am new to BP, I have been a real estate agent for 17 years and have been blessed with the limited investing that I have done. I am  ready to expand my business. Would love to hear from investors operating in the Carolinas ( am interested in growing my buyer list and network) any other advice from my new BP community would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Great Job! I am interested as to how your leads are coming to your email too?

Every area is slightly different. The best path to finding accurate comps is to cultivate a relationship with a realtor. We have access to MLS and county records. Call a local office or contact a realtor/friend and ask to take them to coffee or lunch. Realtors appreciate free food! Explain to them that you are investing (they hear potential business)and will need their help from time to time completing CMA's. Realtors have these requests almost daily, set yourself apart by taking them to lunch and building a relationship that is mutually beneficial.
