Get Hands-On to Rehabbing and Flipping In Los Angeles with investors in Los Angeles

See BOTH Neighboring Rehabs on the same street in Valley Village (near Studio City)!

This is a rare opportunity to see the "BEFORE" and "AFTER" of two homes in the same neighborhood. One property is on the market now and the other one is being rehabbed. We will get hands-on with Paige Panzarello, an investor who secured two deals on the same street. See how a master builder brings a beautiful finished home to market.

Paige Panzarello is the Founder of Coal-To-Cash Buyers, a flipper, investors and note-buyer.

At this MeetUp, Paige will show you the real numbers on getting into the project, how the house was found and the renovations being done, TIMES TWO properties. Come prepared to get a hands-on feel for seasoned and beginning investors.

@GeneMaltsev There will be more meet ups, I am scheduling one for end of the month. I am trying to keep to a monthly schedule of meetings. I keep the groups intimate less than 10 people.

If HGTV and a real life mentor had a baby, then you would have the "Hands-On Real Estate in Los Angeles" group.

I am inviting beginner and seasoned Real Estate investors to go on-location in LA and get hands-on with flipping, rehabbing and buy and hold properties in Los Angeles. No actual hammers or calculators needed, it is a detailed project by project glance before it is finished. Our group will be transparent with our numbers, acquisition and renovations, so REI get more bite size and manageable.

Hi, I'm Shannon, your partner in Real Estate! I'm super excited to finally start my profile. After 2+ years of stalking BiggerPockets and reading tons of blog posts, I've finally joined.

I am constantly learning and interested in expanding my Real Estate network. I am also looking to start a Real Estate Investment in-person group (eventually) as part of my 2016 new years resolution (along with a goal to do 3 Flips in LA).

I would love to met other Los Angeles based investors, hard money lenders and wholesalers who like teaching while they do business. I gravitate to investors who love what they do and value positive minded energy. I'm not totally new to Real Estate investing, I did my first deal in 2007 and have mostly done Buy and Hold since my first investment.
