Hi, I'm Shannon, your partner in Real Estate! I'm super excited to finally start my profile. After 2+ years of stalking BiggerPockets and reading tons of blog posts, I've finally joined.

I am constantly learning and interested in expanding my Real Estate network. I am also looking to start a Real Estate Investment in-person group (eventually) as part of my 2016 new years resolution (along with a goal to do 3 Flips in LA).

I would love to met other Los Angeles based investors, hard money lenders and wholesalers who like teaching while they do business. I gravitate to investors who love what they do and value positive minded energy. I'm not totally new to Real Estate investing, I did my first deal in 2007 and have mostly done Buy and Hold since my first investment.
