Three of us are starting an LLC for a commercial wholesaling company that will be based out of Colorado and will be buying up and down the East Coast. All three of us are from different states. My question is, is there an advantage to creating my own LLC to join the main company LLC with? Thank in advance!

I started out with Single Family here in Rochester, NY and quickly found out that wasn’t the way I wanted to go. After much research and networking, I found that SS is the right vehicle for me to fulfill my vision.

@Mike B. Self Storage gets my vote! I have only recently purchased my first facility but can already see the results of the value add strategy.

No toilets, recession resistant and lower expenses. Not to mention that there are more value add levers to be pulled. That’s my two cents. Hope you have a fantastic day!
