Check out a company called Evolve Vacation Rental - they list your property on VRBO, Homeaway and a few others. For 10% of the bookings you get access to their algorithm that figures out the right rent rate to ensure you're getting it occupied as often as possible, for top dollar. They can also help with scheduling cleaning services etc but it may increase their charge, not sure.

What sets a lender you'll work with again and again from the competition?

Little background about me - I currently work in banking as a "Performance Coach" training bankers and managers on sales, customer experience and career development etc in CO and AZ. I was a Personal Banker before that which gave me some good exposure to lending, primarily doing refinances and referring new purchases or larger deals to a mortgage partner. I found BP earlier this year and immediately knew I wanted to create a life that would lead to more/better opportunities to eventually invest in real estate. Becoming an LO seemed to make sense given my background, but more importantly was something I found very intriguing and and have been pursuing enthusiastically since. I've got an interview tomorrow with my current employer's Regional LO Manager and was curious what advice you all might have for me. A few questions I've pondered and ran by LO friends but want to continue exploring: What does it take to be a good lender? How is your approach changing as rates rise? What best practices would you recommend for networking and building a pipeline? What separates a great lender from the competition even when they don't have the best rate? Thanks in advance for any responses and/or encouragement! Let me know is any additional info would be helpful to provide.

@Rodolfo Canon I would second this - while I'm super new to the world of REI, I have been to a class that Chris, Charles and Joe put on and the info was great, environment was fun and it was a great way to network locally.

it could effect your banking relationships. Many banks will shut down accounts if/when they realize you're accepting payments from a dispensary because it isn't legalized at a federal level, and banks adhere to federal regulations.
