I've owned and rented this condo out for more than 10 years. It has an excellent rental history so the property is perfect for an investor or ideal for home buyer looking to be close to downtown Orlando but not too busy.
Downtown Orlando living convenience with affordable comforts! This 2brm 2bath corner unit condo overlooks a private courtyard, well appointed built-ins; Split Bedroom floor- plan with two walk-in closets, full size washer/dryer and an excellent rental history. Park North units have value as they provide DEEDED parking, water/sewer/trash/pest control are all INCLUDED in the low monthly Condo fee. Park North is a pet friendly community- pets up to 35 lbs are welcome- Dogs are required to be DNA swabbed, vaccinated and registered with the Association. This 2brm unit is being placed back on the market now that the tenant is vacating soon!
Tenant is moving out soon so the condo will be ready for another tenant or a new resident-owner.

Hello fellow BPer's. My wife and I are seeking a new tax accountant/advisor for our personal and real estate business. We live in Bergen County so we'd really like to find someone in our area that knows all the ins and outs of real estate investing. We'd appreciate your recommendations very much.

Love this discussion as I'm looking to invest in multi-family via a couple syndicators. I'd welcome additional insight on what I should be looking for from a first time syndicator. Meaning, i'm looking to invest with a group that has done dozens of apartment deals successfully and they are now looking to do their first syndication deal....

Hello BP community. I'm looking for referrals for a new accountant and real estate attorney. Need to be savvy with all things real estate related. Ideally, they are located in or around Orlando. I'd very much appreciate any personal referrals.
Thank you!
