Well that is $166 per door per month which isn't bad for a multi. But what do the numbers look like with property management. Run those then post again. One day you won't want to manage that property and you will need management. Numbers may look good now, but might be bad with management.

Is an FHA loan possible with two duplexes that reside on the same street as long as they are part of the same sale? Or does it have to be on the same piece of land?

usually it's 1 year that you have to live there, but definitely double check.
