Depending on the level of finish you want, I have gone right over wall paper in the past. One condo we did have foil wall paper embedded into the drywall, so we mudded primed and textured (orange peal) and there was no difference between the existing texture drywall and where we covered the wall paper.

Hi I am new to the site and to REI. I looking to chat with a wholesaler in the Puget Sound market. I have a construction background and I would like to find out more information on this area of real estate.

Funny you mention that I order the book a couple of days ago. Waiting for it to arrive.

I would love to partner up with another investor on a flip. I think that may be a nice way to break into the biz.

We were able to get a house in Mercer Island for way under value. We originally wanted to get an owner occupied triplex, but this was too good to pass up.

I travel from Marysville to Bremerton on a weekly basis. So at this time I am still doing research on where I may find my niche. I have a restoration background so the mold and fire damage are what I find most appealing. We have rehabbed over 40 house in the Puyallup and Spanaway area. I guess I am used to the construction model of go where the work is.. this is probably a question I need to get figured out.
