I've read a forum post from someone recently who said they are getting great returns (1% rule or better) in Metro Detroit, which has me thinking, what other areas of the country can you still find these deals?

Looking for a property manager in the Lubbock area. 

I’m looking to refer leads to any Agents who work rentals on the West Coast of Florida. Anywhere from Naples to Tampa. My website generates hundreds of rental leads a month and I have nobody to refer this business to. Interested to see if there is anyone out there who will work with these customers.

Joseph, a RE company I work for in West Palm started their own Title Company for this exact reason. Message me and I'll get you their info. 

Google David Baumwald with D and M Home Development - your job may be a too small for him, but he has a great reputation in South Florida and should be able to refer you to someone if his company won't do it. He attends a lot of the REIA meetings down south.

In regards to residential fix and flips - If you had to up and move your business to a new city where you did not have personal relationships with agents, attorneys, etc. what would be the most attractive way to acquire new deals?
