Does anyone have experience with renting out a trailer, I have a opportunity an would like to get some advice on what to look out for when investing in something like that, such as the best way to structure, ie. cash, seller finance??

I would try to get in touch with a real estate agent that is investor friendly, building rapport w them is most important an get mls access thru them, You can actually use Zillow go to recently sold in past 6 months an adjust the bed/bath, sqft, an try to stay with the houses in its subdivision/ and a similar year built those are good to use
