@David Kors, thank you for this post. I am also in the exact same place, looking to buy a home to flip using a hard lender. After all my research, I have decided it is a good start for me personally and I will probably get to a point to use my own money, but for now, this may be the best option for me. @Bob Green, I 'd love to know more about what you do or pick your brain for a few, Chicago suburbs is where I am staring out.
