Hi Guys, I'm the CEO of a small start-up called Realazon.

We are developing a web application that gives investors access to MLS properties in Miami, Tampa,Orlando, west palm beach, port st l & Pensacola, FL (we intend to expand to other counties & states as well shortly).

We are using automated CMA to evaluate properties and estimating their market value as well as possible capitalization rate.

We are also providing property analysis tools (calculator and manual CMA) and unlimited reports generation.

The software isn't open to the public yet as it is still in Beta.

We are currently looking for Beta users that can help us with feedback and in return will have free access to all of Realazon's features - no credit card required no commitments what so ever.
