Go to the MLS, browse through new sales, and for each property, find the closest possible comparables, find out the average vacancy, calculate the price and rent per sqft, taxes and many other expenses, make a rough rehab cost estimation, and then adjust the right offer price to ensure high ROI...

And then it came to me. If I can write down an algorithm to analyze properties, why not develop an automated platform to do just that!
