@Brenda Whittaker You will get through this! I know it's tough to push through all the mental barricades but as so many BPers have said above, you have to keep going! Like @Mary Drager said I too spent many years in that mindset but now I make it a point to look for a few things each day to be grateful for.  All the very best in your re-launch!!
