The $64,000 question do you know anybody that lives in Indy that could give you an honest opinion . If not what you could do is call the local police department  and ask them ,"If you have a daughter would you feel comfortble having your daughter live on this street by herself"? 

In the begginning it is going to be tough you are starting at the bottom. You have to fight through your frustrations and channeling in a positive way. What I recommend you do is figure out your why? Once that is clear then opportunities will come.

What are some creative ways you guys have generated leads?

Once I do the driving for dollars how would get the homeowners info?

I need some help I'm looking for leads from homeowners who are looking to sell their homes. What are some creative ways some of have found leads this way? I'm looking at craigslist and fobs.com, owners.com. I need some sugestions.

Go ahead and do it man. nobody is topping you but you. As long you adjust for inflation you're going to do great.
