Thanks so much Shaun! I am really looking forward to this and would love to meet new people. I always like learning so I should get that part right! I can't wait to have a nice LLC like you have then I can have something I can truly pass on to my children. As of now I work to survive but its not a legacy i can pass. You know what I mean?

Hello everyone! My name is Sam and I currently live in MA. I am really looking to start investing in real estate to better my family. My wife and I currently work full time and have 4 great kids but do not have a lot of time to do things. I am really looking for a career change that would build a great future for us and allow me to be my own boss. Growing up I have never had my own house I have always lived in apartments. My children are now living like I did where our ceiling is someones floor. I  really do not want that. I want my children to come "HOME" and have a place that is theirs and parents that can take time to go places and have nice vacations every now and then. I really want to go full force in this and I am looking for guidance to do this successfully. I will educate myself on this site as well as elsewhere to get as much knowledge as I can to be a success and form strong partnerships/friendships in this great new venture.
