Blake Ramseg As a 21 year old, I would be curiously delighted to ask, how do you make 200k per year at your day jobs?!

Unless it's a rental, I would personally how with carpet. Especially if the house has any trouble keeping warm in the winter, it's much cozier, quiet, and comfortable.

Hey Bret, I have little to no REI investing experience my self, but I do think you could definitely get your income up as a 29 year old construction worker. I am 21 years old construction worker myself, and have made an average $34/hr since I was 18. Due to a recent move I am currently making $22/hr. My advice would be to look for a job with a company that mainly does federal work. Many construction projects require that the employees on the project are making 30+ per hour. You will find most of these in pipeline jobs, concrete water and sewer containment projects and so forth.
