Newbie here. No real experience except with my primary residence and following BP for the past few years.

I heard BP 396 and became fascinated with foreclosures. The process of searching public records, the thrill of finding potential value, standing out in a competitive real estate investing market and offering potential solutions to homeowners in need all played roles in me wanting to learn more.

I have read Bidding to Buy. I would like to attend a courthouse auction in the near future. Anybody here have a specific experience with the Hamilton County foreclosure auctions? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Newbie here. No real experience except with my primary residence and following BP for a couple of years now.

I heard BP Ep 396 and became fascinated with foreclosures. The process of searching public court cases and records, the thrill of finding potential value, standing out in a competitive real estate investing market, and offering potential solutions to homeowners in need all helped me want to know more.

I have read Bidding to Buy and read it all the way through. I would like to attend a courthouse auction in the near future. Anybody here have an specific experience with foreclosures through Hamilton County? Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
