Hi, I recently won a bid on 2 properties through Auction.com but I am having trouble with funding. The properties don't allow interior access so the HML won't be able to get into the property for a proper appraisal. I am looking for:

A) Another lender that doesn't need interior access for the appraisal

B) Someone who is looking to partner with someone in real estate.

C) Contractors in the Philadelphia/Bucks County area to partner with

When looking at homes in auction would you still follow the 70% rule? And what costs does the 30% percent account for?
