@Brian Gibbons I am currently talking to a friend of mine that came to me and told me he is looking on selling one of his houses, and I have not have the chance to run the numbers yet but I will as soon as he provide me the address and I can also bring a contractor to take a look at the property

I know he was asking 300,000 for it and he had an offer of 290,000 but it didn't happened.

I will get back to you once I have all the number together (FMV and the PITI)

My question was base on all POPCast, that I have heard from Bigger pockets, it is always mention the different strategies to buy Real Estate, but the don't go beyond on what the next step is @Brandon Turner @Joshua Dorkin and I will really appreciate since I am a new investor to be able to understand the full process if it is possible, it will be awesome to hear a POPCast or webinar about the full process for newbies
