Hi Jon,

Thank you for responding. I'm interested in a property that is bank owned. It is listed for 135,000. So I'm trying to figure out if they accept my offer for that amount what other fees would also be include. I know that I need to make sure there are no liens, judgements etc. but as far as the mortgage and assuming the property from the bank will I have to pay what the original homeowner was behind etc?
