ARV $170k

Price $107k

Currently rented, tenets not paying. No pics available inside home. Landlord said he did remodel 5 years ago. Tenets have been there all 5 years.

Just getting started in Phoenix, AZ myself. I starting out dropping off yellow letters while D4$ and looking at getting a list to begging mailing out as well. Would love to find legitimate wholesaler in the area in the meantime.

Hi, I am new to BP and have been searching the fourms for feedback on best practices for obtaining mailing list. (i.e.. high equity homeowners, abstenee owners, tax delinquent). I have found some help on the state treasures website. Not a list but a map I can zoom-in section by section. Would going directly to the Country Assessor or Treasures be best or ordering from a place like Listsource?

Thanks,

Sergio

Thank you everyone. I started to do yellow letters while driving around leaving them with houses that don't answer. Anyone have any feedback on this?

Hello, My name is Sergio Norzagaray. I am new to BP currently on podcast 22. Trying to learn as much as possible while getting started in flipping homes. I have currently been driving for dollars and knocking on doors, networking with realtors and attended my first AZREIA meeting last Monday.

I am 40 years old with a background in marketing and event management. I recently stepped back from my event management company and am now pursing real-estate investment full-time.
