Thank you for the mention Mark! The West Sacramento Meetup is actually the 4th Tuesday of every month.

@Yev Zebrov there are a couple of good meetups in town, in addition to the ones mentioned, I run the West Sac Meetup, @Nicole Masters and her team run the REI Connect @ Roseville every 1st Tuesday. There is also another meetup starting up tomorrow, it will be the 2nd Wednesday of the month.

 it's really a mixed group, we have all of the above and the mix is pretty balanced

This month we will be joined by Elijah Koryfan - graphic designer turned entrepreneur, investor and prolific YouTuber. He will share about his journey coming from a poor immigrant family to becoming an entrepreneur and real estate investor - an encouragement that anyone can do this business, regardless of their background.

Elijah wears many hats - he's an MC, graphic designer, influencer, musician, community organizer, entrepreneur, YouTuber (69k subscribers) and real estate investor. He especially enjoys creative investing, having experience in subject-to, wholesale, lending, flipping, AirBnB, and master leasing/subleasing. 

Elijah's passion is to help people just like him start a new life in the USA and he has been instrumental in organizing hundreds of volunteers who have helped thousands of immigrant families move to and settle in the US at large and Sacramento region especially.

 @Mark Pedroza thank you for quickly chiming in - just a quick correction, we gather EVERY 4TH TUESDAY of the month with SOME EXCEPTIONS in cases where there are 5 Tuesdays (for example in November, we will have it the 5th Tuesday to avoid doing it on Thanksgiving week).
