@Heather Frusco i have close family members like this. Their sense of entitlement has distanced us and caused me to grow a thicker skin. I can read BS from a mile away and have very low tolerance for it.

@Mary White this applies to good responsible tenants. Yes i have those as well as i respect them and trust them enough to work something out. Then theres the crap renter's warehouse tenant that we had evicted due to nonpayment since mid-November who trashed our beautifully kept home when they left. Each tenant has to be treated accordingly depending on how they handle their relationship with you. It's based on trust.

@Mary Mitchell the key point is "Lender" so basically we're going to get a loan from the government then makes payments for rent that was owed to us but not received....

@Adam Ferro We used them for our home for Kansas city and they were horrible. The communication was awful and their tenant stopped paying rent 4 1/2 before the lease was up. They had a dog that we did not authorize. We evicted them and the house was a mess. Doors broken, door knobs missing, stains all over the carpets, broken kitchen faucet and lots of other broken items (the house was in beautiful condition when we gave it to renter's warehouse). We will never work with them again..
