Does anyone know any good private/hard money lenders in the Milwaukee area? I am currently assessing numerous leads and I want to know my options for financing. I would really appreciate your help.

I am trying to come up with a list of good habits. I personally have my own, but I am intrigued to see what other people would have. Some of my favorite habits include listening to a podcast once a week and one motivational youtube/Ted talk video once a day. I honestly believe building habits of this form will allow for me to have the mental ability to go through real estate deals. Please share.
