well thats the type of person i don't want in the group. i will take into consideration your point about having someone a few hours away. do you want to join the group.

so you probably don't know how homevestors work then. they pool their marketing budget together and mass market. there more benefits to joining the master group than the short term you are thinking of.

look at it like this. would you rather be apart of a team that is collectively spending $10,000 on marketing or spend your $1,000 per month on marketing and get lost in the mix, when we blitz the market?

we would have a bigger budget, a stronger strategy will demand a larger portion of the lions' share.

homevestors has literally blown the competition in the dust, because everyone on the team is pooling together for a greater cause.

think about that. :)

I can't understand why you would come on here telling us what you do and teach, but refuse to tell us its not your arena. This is sort of confusing, since i am not asking you how you do it, and i am not asking you tell us every one, maybe one or two. If it is something legal, i don't think it would hard the lender selling the notes.

It would seem like either you are doing but want to keep all of the dough to yourself, which wouldn't make sense because you wouldn't have told us. or its baloney. It is commonly known that lenders don't sell notes unless in bulk packages around the US, now you tell us otherwise but won't say who.

This is starting to smell fishy.

if you are looking for cheap and easy, then you can't get cheaper than the free websites by google. they don't advertise on your site and you can make it look pretty neat. here is one that i am working on http://sites.google.com/site/webuyhousesincharlotte/. also go to http://sites.google.com to get started. If you know html you can make your site look even better and for the cost of free you can't beat the price. it will get you started until you can find someone to build what you are looking for.

from the properties that Homevestors have in Charlotte, not all of their homes are ugly, but they sure negotiate some heck of deals even with decent looking houses. the message is just for branding imo. i think someone looking to sell their home fast will call them, just to see what type of offer they can get.

i have come acrossed sellers that have tried homevestors and their homes were ok, but they didn't have enough equity to sell to hv.

according to Ron Legrand you should buy a few books, while getting started. He mentioned get out there and make a mess, you can always clean it up later. Don't know if i agree, but that type logic sure got me off the fence. I think he means, don't let education stop you from getting started. Also don't let lack of money hold you back because the person who said it takes money to make money was broke. That also helped me get started.

I don't want to target you, but whats the point of this thread? if your property isn't in the right location at the right time, then what?
