Hey everyone I'm Sedrick B. A new wholesaler in Las Vegas. I know the area pretty well and wanted to see if i could connect with any local/non local investors looking for a wholesaler. Trying to build a buyers list to get the ball rolling! Any advice/help is appreciated

what's up everyone! I'm Sedrick B, a fresh wholesaler in las vegas. I was hoping to find some resources on if targeting probates are profitable? If so, how do I get information on it? Any advice appreciated!
