Hi Chris! I know this post is old but I am in Texas. I have been searching for this. Would you be willing to send me the contracts you use as well? I would be eternally grateful.

Thanks in advance,

I am new to real estate. I am a licensed agent looking to start wholesaling.

Are there any other agents who wholesale?

Could you offer any advice?

I am excited to learn more and to get started with real estate! It's a new beginning!

This helps ALOT. I didn't think about reaching out to the people on craigslist. That's clever.

I am definitely going to start with direct mailing. I have been "driving for dollars" but I am finding that most properties are bank owned. As a result, I am going to try my hand at probates.

I wonder why it is so bad to wholesale as an agent? If I fully disclose the fact that I'm an agent what makes it so bad?

If I spent time and money to become an agent I think I deserve to enjoy all avenues of real estate. Just my thoughts.

Thanks for the great advice and the heads up.

I got my license in June. So I am very fresh and new. Any advice for someone new to the industry as a whole?

Yes. This helps a lot. I was thinking this but was unsure.

I definitely appreciate you confirming that I'm on the right track!

I can do this! Eye of the tiger is playing in my head now.

Hello investors!

I am new. New to investing. I just received my license as a bonifide Texas agent. I went into this thinking that being an investor or agent is all the same. I'm finding out quickly that it's not. I have several questions for any expert willing to answer them.

1. I don't have much money. How do I appeal to a mentor without money?

3. My husband and I want to start wholesaling ASAP. We are unsure of which type of marketing is best. Letters? Bandit signs? Cold calls? We want to pick one and master it before we try using others. Which is best for getting that first deal?

I have many more questions. This is the short version lol I am grateful for any advice.

Thanks in advance

Hello all!

I am beyond excited to be a lart of such a great community of such diverse backgrounds and skill sets. I am a new agent, but my heart is in investing. I am very much a people person and became an agent for that reason. Now that I'm here I'm excited to learn all aspects of real estate and plan to teach my children what I learn. I am very passionate, transparent, honest and I enjoy life to the fullest. I'm ready to take the real estate business by storm.

Also looking for a mentor/partner. Don't hesitate to contact me.
