Do your own research and start small. Learn the whole process, make sure you know all the in and outs first of all. Start small, either investing in tax liens and or cheap tax deeds so you take minimal risk and get the experience and the ball rolling.

Those are all excellent questions, but this takes time, it's not an overnight process. I would advice you to read zero risk real estate by Chip Cummings , very knowledgable and credible guy! If you need any more help I'll be happy too answer some question for you! Just keep going, keep digging like I did and know you can too.

I heard this is a great website were people love to help, and i would love to start helping as soon as I can! To be able to do this I need to get a few things straight.

If the tax foreclosed house I bought was on the strike off/resale list and was 3 months on the strike off list since the sale. For example lets say the property I bought went to the auction on September and I bought it 3 months later on December, would I have the pay the taxes that accumulated over those 3 months while it was on the strike off list plus the minimum bid? Even though on the strike off list they only say you need to pay the minimum amount? I would really appreciate the help!

If yall would take a minute of your time to answer my question,

If the tax foreclosed house I bought was on the strike off/resale list and was 3 months on the strike off list since the sale. For example lets say the property I bought went to the auction on September and I bought it 3 months later on December, would I have the pay the taxes that accumulated over those 3 months while it was on the strike off list plus the minimum bid?  Even though on the strike off list they only say you need to pay the minimum amount?  I would really appreciate the help!

Thank you in advance for your responses
