Hello everyone and happy profitable  year to all :

I like to invest in tax lien and tax deed but has never done them .

Presently reading on Profit by investing in Real Estate

TAX LIEN , Larry B. Loftis, 2005

I believe some information are outdated but surely a good book for beginner

like me. Very easy to read. I finished reading in 2 days
