------TWO FREE TICKETS--------

Here's a catch you make a donation to the Sacramento Zoo. Any size donation!

Hi Everyone,

I just want my tickets to go to use and really be over with this. We're having a baby, and I can't make this year. I'd be happy to give you my tickets if you'd be willing to make a donation to the Sacramento Zoo. Donate what you can. I will even hand over my ticket confirmation before you make the donation. Please send me a message.

Thanks,

Sean

-----BEST PRICE SO FAR-----

TWO TICKETS $750  - $375 EACH

This is the lowest price anyone has offered. $375 dollars each. Heck if you message me today before anyone else I'll sell both tickets for $500! That's just $250!

Quote from @LaDonna Smith:

Would like to purchase two tickets for $1000.

 Hi Ladonna,

My name is Sean and I live in San Diego, CA. I purchased my tickets right after the conference last year. We have a baby due on Nov 8th. I was going to try to push it and go but it's just cutting it too close. I'd be happy to sell the tickets for $1,000.

I'm hoping that the folks on the chain will be able to answer this.

Let's say I buy 100 shares at $1,000 a real estate syndication A. Can I then go create a new real estate syndication as a GP and the asset of my real estate syndication is the shares of real estate syndication A?

The best real estate syndications I've found have $100K or $250K min investments. How can I purchase shares in the investment and resell them? Essentially creating a secondary market for real estate syndications.

I looking for one ticket.

I'm going through the same thing, what I've heard is that you transfer to the LLC and make your payments, the bank rarely checks, if they do though than the loan is due in 30 days. Hoping to hear what others have to say on this? How are people owning 20+ homes do they just go to multifamily?

I live in California and am forming a partnership with a local real estate agent in another market. I am really happy with how we are working together. I need advice on how to structure the ownership of the business. We will be buying houses and placing them within an LLC. I will be providing a majority of the funding for the LLC, and they will be contributing as well. Here is an example:

House #1: Acquired with $50K in capital

Partner A: $40K

Partner B: $10K

1 yr later....

House #2: Acquired with $70K in capital

Partner A: $35K

Partner B: $35K

How do I create the ownership structure of the business?

THANK YOU

Do you know if "view rights" are going to be protected, or will someone be able to block someone else's ocean view?

@Bryan Danger

I wish I knew. My biggest struggle is that my W-2 pays for health insurance for my family. I can’t imagine going out on my own yet or ever having to pay an extra $30,000 a year for coverage.

My goal right now Is to never feel dependent on my job, never get too stressed about having one, and Actually shutting down when I go on vacation.

I’m really lucky I have a job that gives me meaning, that I think it’s worth my time, and great coworkers. I would probably feel different if I wasn’t working from home full-time.

@Tushar P. Thanks one of the podcast episodes talked about true passive income and syndicates was one of those.
